It’s a cold, wet rainy morning and I am looking forward to green grass.
Cocarina is now @240 days gestation, so she’s excited that she get to start on broodmare rations and more “eats” and I’m excited that I can see her Diamo Blue baby jumping around in her big tummy. Coco is shedding out her winter woolies, and pretty soon we’ll see a shiny, dappled but slightly pudgy beauty, and watch her belly grow.
An avid lover of horses and the outdoors, I've been blessed and cursed with an addiction to horses. From a very young age, my passion for all-things-equine has been a key driver in my life. I'm fortunate that I have been able to build a professional career around my love for animals. I find peace in the forest, exploring nature, in harmony with my horse. I am a horsewoman first, and an equestrian second. I love to ride, but have no real desire to compete. A hack through a new forest, I love the sense of exploration, communication and ability to enjoy horses and nature together. It's bliss! I enjoy just the everyday presence and synergy with my horses, be that in the saddle or just together around the farm.
