This darling mare brings a world-class pedigree to our program. Her unbelievably sweet character and willingness make her joy to own. At 17H, she’s a tall, elegant and typey mare with plenty of “blood” who just oozes “presence”.
This athletic mare completed her Mare Performance test in Germany as a 3-yr old with top score including a 9 for her free jump, and was presented to Holsteiner verband for breeding approval. She achieved 7.88 for her test, and was awarded Berzerkspraemie. She produced one foal (Catini 2, by Catoki) in Germany, before returning to work and starting her competitive career. She showed to the 1.20m level in Germany and Sweden prior to import in 2015, and up to 1.35m with her amateur owner in North America. Unfortunately, an injury has temporarily sidelined her competition career. Her valuable bloodlines are highly desirable; and we pleased to add her to our group of mares.
On July 24, 2020, Abbey foaled out a lovely filly for us by TOP USEF HUNTER STALLION Cabardino. We expect this filly to be a star in the hunter-jumper ring. This lovely girl is already SOLD.
Abby will be bred in the Spring of 2021 and we think she would be a perfect match for VDL Dallas (Douglas/ Heartbreaker). Contact us for details!
