2018 bay Hanoverian gelding, by Celle stallion Grey Top (Graf Top/Singular Joter) out of our imported MMB Hanoverian mare, Fabriana (Fabriano/Graf Douglas/Lugano I).

Fabriana is a proven broodmare, and an all-around versatile athlete.

We expect Geronimo will mature ~16.3, he is a top prospect for sport, with versatile breeding he could be developed in any direction but will likely excel in the hunter/jumper ring. A tall leggy gelding with beautiful refined features, he displays an easy-going nature and willing character. Good basic groundwork, started on the lunge, trailer loads and has been introduced to the jump chute. Willing and athletic, he’s a quality prospect that will be fun to work with. Offered for sale $20K CAD, contact us for details.

Awards:

  • Gold Medal Foal; awarded to foals scoring >8.0 at inspection.
  • Awarded “Top Jumper Foal” at his 2018 inspection.

Geronimo’s sire, Grey Top is a rising star. Showing in 1.50m, he demonstrates tons of scope but we chose this stallion for his lovely form over fences. At 17.1H, he presents a lovely picture to the eye and complements the compact features of our Fabriana with frame and scope, and matches her excellent bascule.

Geronimo has similar breeding to a lovely approved Hanoverian stallion Gentleman FRH (Grey Top/Fabriano) also by Grey Top, out of a Fabriano mare making them 3/4 siblings. This really special horse has been competing successfully with GER rider Sandra Auffarth in eventing, winning 2017 and 2018 Eventing championships (Bundeschampion) in Germany and competing successfully as a 7-yr old at CIC*/CCI* in EU. This stallion inspired this breeding, have a look at Gentleman on the cross-country course.
